Raised in Forest City, Illinois, Blaise Rogers developed a strong work ethic and deep appreciation for community early in life. He attended Monmouth College, where he excelled both academically and athletically as a player on the Fighting Scots basketball team, majoring in History and Political Science.
Driven by a passion for advocacy and history, Blaise pursued advanced studies, earning a Master's Degree in History from Western Illinois University (WIU), followed by his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Southern Illinois University (SIU) Carbondale in 2014.
Upon graduating law school, Blaise felt a strong pull to return to Monmouth—the community that had supported his college years. For over a decade, he has represented residents in Western and Central Illinois and Eastern Iowa, earning a reputation for honest communication, reliable client service, and fierce courtroom representation.
